MAV Sense GPS sensor and logger Promotion

The MAV Sense GPS LOGGER is a telemetry sensor that provides fast and accurate real-time location detection. In order to achieve maximum precision and resolution, multiple navigation systems are used simultaneously. The integrated flash memory enables logging of all data. The logged data can be downloaded and analysed on a computer using the free MAV Manager software.

The GPS Logger App for JETI DC/DS transmitters can display the current position of the model on a graphical map background on the transmitter’s display.

It is possible to define multiple flight zones as well as restricted areas, each with different shape (circles, rectangles and simple KML files are supported). You can also define an optional alarm when entering/exiting each zone.

For each zone you can specify the following parameters:

• Flight Zone/Restricted Zone: these types are identified by different colours and alarms.
• Minimum and maximum height of the zone: represent borders in the vertical direction. The height refers to the starting position.
• Audio on entry/exit: set an audible alarm to know that the model has crossed the boundaries of the zone.
• Proximity warning: the alarm tones will report a small distance as soon as the model moves close to and in the direction of the zone.
